Areas of Expertise

In my years of practice, I have been most drawn to self-esteem, identity, and relationship work. The most rewarding moments are those where clients meet themselves with deeper understanding and compassion. I pursue extensive education in the following areas to support my clients needs from an inclusive, practical perspective rooted in feminism and advocacy.

Depression & Anxiety

Depression and anxiety can make everyday life feel heavy and unpredictable. I work with clients to untangle the thoughts and patterns and to build skills for coping, emotional regulation, and grounded decision-making. I can also provide a referral for further psychiatric evaluation and medication management when appropriate.

Long-Term Partnerships

Whether monogamous, poly, or open, relationships come with evolving needs, challenges, and seasons of change. I use multiple research-based approaches to help partners strengthen communication, navigate misunderstandings, and deepen emotional connection, no matter the structure of the relationship.

Grief

No two experiences of grief are the same. Grief affects us emotionally, physically, and relationally, changing the way we see ourselves and the world around us. I help clients understand the shape of their grief and define the meaning of healthy coping and healing.

LGBTQIA+

I understand the nuances of the LGBTQIA+ experience and continue to pursue education to support trans and nonbinary individuals in my community. I am dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their identities, navigate relationships, and address the unique challenges they may face.

Dating & Relationships

Relationship work is some of the most challenging yet transformative work that I do, and I love helping my clients develop the skills to shape their relationships into spaces where they can be themselves.

Psychedelic Therapy

I currently work with individuals seeking Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for treatment resistant symptoms. I am enrolled in Integrative Psychiatry Institutes’s psychedelic therapy certification program to fulfill Colorado DORA’s requirements for a facilitators license in psilocybin assisted therapy.
